This JP COATS 2 DRAWER SEWING BOX is a rare Country Store item. It can be placed on top of a bureau and used as a jewelry box or it can be used as a place to store other special items. The brass knobs are original, and the 2 drawers are matchbox dovetailed, front and back. It can also be used in a sewing room to hold your notions, as it was originally intended. The box is an advertising piece and is circa 1910.
