Here is a solid quarter-sawn oak sideboard/server unit with lots of style. This is a top quality piece and even the drawer bottoms are solid quarter-sawn oak. The backer board is beautiful with elegant carving on the corners. There are 2 smaller drawers on the top, one of which is lined with felt and was the original silver ware drawer. There is a large drawer on the bottom that was used for linen storage, and all of the drawers have the original solid brass pulls in perfect condition. The supporting posts are a bold barley twist design and the front legs are a turned style that softens the overall look of this nice server.
