This simply styled oak commode with wooden knobs is in excellent condition after careful professional restoration. The one drawer, two-door style is very versatile with a single drawer, and a large open compartment beneath for storage. The top surface and the drawer on this piece are serpentine, and the doors and side posts have some nice pronounced quarter sawn oak grain. The graceful back splash reflects the nice curves of the top and the drawer. This is a great piece for a bedside or lamp table in the parlor.
